About Us

Craig and Sarah launched their first businesses in 2001, focusing on real estate and the fitness industry. Craig had a background in Venture Capital and played a key role in ServiceMaster.com (WeServeHomes.com), while Sarah left her corporate job to establish a women's fitness business. They quickly ventured into real estate investment, starting with the purchase of a unique property from children selling their late Ya-Ya's home, which included grapevines from Greece. This sparked their passion for real estate, and they proceeded to buy, remodel, and manage their first two flats. Craig eventually left the corporate world, and they sold the fitness business to focus entirely on their real estate investment company.

Over 20 years later, their real estate investment business has grown significantly. With a skilled team specializing in Construction, Brokerage, and Property Management, they have expertise in Manufactured Housing, Self-Storage & Multifamily Housing, New Construction, and Full House Renovations. They strive to provide top-level service to their investment clients and actively seek out sound investments with profitable returns. Managing properties in multiple states, they continuously enhance their expertise to serve their clients as multi-level experts in their field.

They currently live with their four kids (Addy, Carter, Cole, and Landon) in Nolensville, Tennessee.
